“Raymond Loewy: Designs for a Consumer Culture” – through Sept. 28 at the Museum of the Rockies; array of original drawings, models, products, advertisements and photographs explores the legacy of one of the most prominent industrial designers of the 20th century. “Minerals: The Duval Collection” is on display through May 26 with breathtaking pieces from the Houston Museum of Natural Science, including a quartz crystal weighing nearly 2,000 pounds; and “Glow: Living Lights” explores how organisms create their own light through Sept. 1.
