through June 15 at the Holter Museum of Art; installation artist and Hi-Line farmer Horinek fills the High Gallery with a dramatic and interactive faux landscape that evokes his childhood, using objects as metaphors for the story of self. “Kurt Weiser: Eden Revisited” opens May 29, with a reception 6-8 p.m. June 6; the exhibit marks the first mid-career survey exhibition by this prominent ceramic artist and former resident director of the Archie Bray Foundation, known for his intriguing china-painted porcelain vessels. “Youth Electrum,” the annual student show, is up through May 18, along with “Then and Now,” featuring early and recent works by Holter staff and art teachers.
