A vibrant exhibit, “Understanding Native American People” by Susan Reynolds, is on display through Sept. 30 at The People’s Center in Pablo. Nearly 30 images by the fine art photographer, photojournalist and writer offer a new understanding within the historical context of what it means to be Native American today. New images have been added to the exhibit, which first opened in 2009 in San Francisco.
“Sue creates beautiful photographs and words from her strong connection with Native people across the West,” says the center’s education director, Marie Torosian. “We are happy to have her exhibit here on the Flathead Reservation because it offers visitors another view of how Native American tribes celebrate life.”
